Final Manuscript Submission – Important Instructions
This section is intended for the submission of the final accepted manuscript after completion of the review and revision process.
Before submitting, authors must ensure that:
- All reviewer and editorial corrections have been incorporated.
- The manuscript is finalized and ready for publication.
- No further modifications or revisions will be accepted after final submission.
Mandatory Documents Required
Authors are required to upload the following documents during final manuscript submission:
- Final Manuscript File
- Signed Author Declaration Form
- Payment Receipt / Publication Fee Confirmation
- Any additional documents requested by the editorial office
Important Notes
- The submitted final manuscript will be considered the official version for publication.
- After final submission, changes to title, authorship, content, affiliations, or references may not be permitted.
- Authors are advised to carefully verify all details before submission.
Publication Process
Once the editorial office receives:
- Final manuscript,
- Signed declaration form, and
- Payment confirmation,
the manuscript will proceed for final production and publication.
DOI & Publication Timeline
- Your article will be published within 24–48 hours after successful verification of all required documents.
- A Digital Object Identifier (DOI) will be allocated to the published article for permanent academic referencing and indexing.
Please ensure all uploaded documents are complete, clear, and accurate before submitting the form.

Authors are required to:
- Download the declaration form
- Fill all required details carefully
- Sign the declaration form
- Upload the signed copy during final manuscript submission
The signed declaration form is mandatory for publication approval and DOI allocation.
