Editorial Policies

Noventia Journal, published under the Illumine Publication House, follows a transparent and ethical editorial framework to ensure the highest standards of academic publishing.
Our editorial policies are designed to uphold research integrity, fair peer review, and open access dissemination of scholarly work across disciplines.

1. Peer Review Policy

All manuscripts submitted to Noventia Journal undergo a double-blind peer review process:

  • The identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential.

  • Each submission is reviewed by at least two independent experts in the relevant field.

  • Reviewers assess the originality, relevance, clarity, and scientific rigor of the manuscript.

  • Final publication decisions are made by the Chief Editor, based on reviewers’ recommendations and overall editorial evaluation.

This process ensures fairness, quality control, and academic credibility in every publication.

2. Originality and Plagiarism Policy

Authors must submit original, unpublished work that is not under consideration elsewhere.
All submissions are screened for plagiarism using standard detection tools.
Manuscripts showing significant similarity (typically >10–15%) will be rejected or returned to the author for revision.

Plagiarism includes:

  • Copying text, figures, or data without proper citation

  • Self-plagiarism (duplicate publication of the same content)

  • Republishing previously published work without disclosure

Noventia Journal strictly adheres to the ethical standards outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

3. Authorship Policy

Authorship should accurately reflect individual contributions to the research.
Each author should have:

  • Contributed substantially to the conception, design, analysis, or interpretation of data

  • Participated in drafting or critically revising the manuscript

  • Approved the final version for publication

Any changes in authorship (addition, removal, or order change) after submission must be approved by all authors and justified in writing.

This includes financial interests, personal relationships, institutional affiliations, or professional rivalries.
