Initial Manuscript Submission – Important Instructions
All manuscripts submitted to Noventia Journal under Illumine Publication House must complete the Initial Submission Process before editorial screening, plagiarism testing, and peer review.
Submission Processing Fee
To ensure genuine academic submissions and to initiate the review workflow, a non-refundable submission processing fee is applicable at the initial stage of manuscript submission.
- Indian Authors: ₹150 INR
- International Authors: $10 USD
Purpose of the Fee
This fee is collected to:
- Start the editorial screening process
- Conduct plagiarism checking
- Verify genuine research submissions
- Prevent spam or non-serious manuscript entries
Important Note
- The submission fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Only manuscripts with successful fee payment will be processed for further review.
- Manuscripts submitted without payment confirmation will not be considered for editorial evaluation.

After Successful Payment:
A payment receipt/confirmation will be automatically sent to the email address you entered during payment.
While filling out the manuscript submission form, please:
- Upload the payment receipt received via email, or
- Upload a screenshot of the successful payment confirmation.
Important: Please use the same email address in the manuscript submission form that was used during the payment process.
This confirmation is mandatory for the successful processing of your manuscript.
