Article Processing Charges (APC)
At Noventia Journal, we uphold transparency, accessibility, and academic integrity in every stage of the publication process. To support editorial management, peer review, and open-access dissemination, the following fee structure applies.
1. Submission Fee
A non-refundable submission fee is required at the time of manuscript submission.
This fee covers the administrative and ethical processing of each manuscript, including:
Removal of author-identifying details for double-blind peer review.
Initial editorial screening and plagiarism check.
Technical verification of manuscript format and compliance.

The submission fee ensures that your paper is properly processed and entered into peer review. It must be paid prior to review initiation and is non-refundable.
2. Article Processing Charges (APC)
Once a manuscript is accepted for publication, authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover the cost of professional editing, hosting, DOI assignment, and long-term open-access availability.

This publication fee covers:
DOI registration and digital archiving.
Copyediting, layout, and formatting.
Lifetime open-access hosting on the journal website.

3. Waivers and Discounts
To support inclusivity, Noventia Journal may offer partial or full fee waivers for authors from developing regions or based on the significance of the work.
Waiver requests must be submitted after manuscript acceptance and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the editorial board.
4. Important Notes
The submission fee (₹150 / $10) is mandatory and non-refundable.
The APC (₹2,500 / $50) is due only after acceptance of the manuscript.
There are no hidden or additional charges.
Payment details will be shared in the acceptance email.
